The program will highlight the events that led to Milwaukee’s fair housing marches and eventually the passage of the Fair Housing Act. Speakers will address fair housing legal issues from a local and national standpoint as well as discuss whether or not the promise of the Act has been fulfilled.
The program will conclude with a look at fair housing interventions, including national success stories and what the future may hold for Milwaukee. Speakers include:
